Bianca Massard

Bianca Massard (Paris 1989), has been working in the public auctions market since 2016 specialized in Classic Antiquities and passionate about Egyptology. After 3 years at the Ecole du Louvre, she pursued a Master 1 at the Sorbonne Paris I in Archaeology, then Master 2 at the University of Nanterre. It was during this period that she began her work as an expert for the Hôtel des Ventes de Monte-Carlo by operating sales dedicated to Archeology and Antiquities of the Mediterranean Basin. She became member of the Syndicate of Experts of the F.N.E.P.S.A in 2019.

Gabriele Vangelli de Cresci

Gabriele Vangelli de Cresci

Gabriele Vangelli de Cresci (Rome 1989), belongs to a family of artists, collectors and art dealers, directing the Istituto Poligrafico and the Zecca dello Stato in Rome for two generations. Gabriele graduated from the University of Rome Tre, specializing in Ancient Glyptics then in Renaissance goldsmithery and Glyptics drawings. As scholar and collector of ancient and neoclassical art, he deepened his knowledge in the refined art of engraved hardstones (intaglios and cameos). He combined his scientific activity of research with the curation of the Museum of Ancient Mint of Lucca and of private collections. For 6 years, he also managed as an expert, the Glyptics department for an auction house (BFA), in London.
His latest book, A MINIMA AD MAXIMA, published in 2019, ed. Campisano, presents a complex mix of Italian and French artistic history, born in the glorious period of the Grand Tour and still in vogue during the Napoleonic Era.
Following the story of a recent and unpublished discovery of a 19th century casts factory in Lucca (Italy), specialized in the refined art of making impressions in plaster, sulphur... taken from engraved precious stones, cameos, medals. 
This research focuses on Poniatowski gems and their impressions, including a part of the collection of the Cabinet des Médailles, Paris. 
Currently, he is working on two publications of important private collections of ancient and neoclassical gems.
